Believers are eternally secure in Christ Jesus. Let's look over some Bible verses that give us assurance of our eternal salvation.  ✝️ We are IMPUTED with Christ's righteousness the moment we believe the gospel (1 Cor 15:3-4), we do not have our own righteousness.  2 Corinthians 5:21 21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. ✝️ Being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ  Romans 5:1 5 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: ✝️ There is NO condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus (and there is no self-condemnation to those believers who walk after the Spirit instead of after the flesh) Romans 8 8 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

The Operation of God  Something incredible happens to us the moment we believe the gospel of the grace of God (1 Cor 15:1-4). The Bible calls it the "operation of God". Colossians 2:12 “Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.” 1. First, the unsaved sinner decides for himself to believe the gospel.  2. Then, the Holy Spirit seals the believer the very moment they believe the gospel of the grace of God.  3. There is also a circumcision made without hands that is performed. 4. We are also spiritually baptized as a member into the body of Christ.  5. We are also made a complete member of His Body. Members are building his body of believers.  This ALL takes place the very moment that we believe the gospel of the grace of God, how that Christ died for our sins, was buried and rose again for our justification!  Let's look at some verses.  ✝️ First the unsaved sinner decides for h

Believers are saved by grace through faith alone and are eternally secure in Christ Jesus. One of the saddest and worst things is for a believer to believe that they have to "do works" in order to be saved or that they must do works in order to maintain their salvation. This is actually legalism. Some believe that salvation is a progressive thing, instead of instantaneous the moment that we believe the gospel. But this is also legalistic.  Legalism is believing that you must DO works in order to be saved or in order to maintain your salvation, or even in order to receive God's blessings.  Grace means undeserved favor or gift. Believers are saved by grace through faith alone and it is a FREE GIFT from God. Not only that but we are also FREELY GIVEN all spiritual blessings in Christ Jesus as well (see ephesians 1:3). Ephesians 2:8-9 in the Holy King James Bible says, 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works

Believers have peace with God. This is everyone's greatest need! Once you have recognized that you are a sinner and cannot save yourself and have then simply believed the Gospel, how that Christ Jesus died for your sins, was buried and rose again for your justification, then you are saved and this includes having TOTAL PEACE WITH GOD.  The Lord Jesus Christ is the Lord of peace, and as believers we have peace with God because of what Christ did for us.  Romans 5:1 - Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: 2 Thessalonians 3:16 - Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all. Because of the finished work of the cross, believers can also operate in and according to God's love, grace and peace. We have God's Spirit in our spirit and as we also study His word rightly divided, the word produces peace in our inner man. Philippians 4:7 - And the peace of God, which passeth all understandi

Should Women Teach Doctrine? Titus 2:3 The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;  When Paul says women are not to teach, he's referring to women being pastors of the local assembly.  "Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence." 1 Tim 2:11-12. Now, this doesn't mean that women can't teach at all, but they are not to be the pastors of the local assembly. And, He says "nor to usurp authority over the man" in reference to keeping order in the church. Women should NOT be pastors of the local assembly. And they should also NOT be "calling out" or "exposing" specific false teachers especially if they are men. Again this would be a woman usurping authority over the man.
